There are many different massage techniques out there which offer different benefits. Our massage therapist focuses on a therapeutic massage and uses a few different techniques during the massage.
Length of Massage
We currently offer 30 minute and 60 minute massages. We recommend starting with a 30 minute massage first before going in for the full 60 minute massage.
